Executive Assistant to Branch Manager – Redding, CA

Chris Lamm, a nationally ranked top 1% mortgage lender and business coach, is seeking a full-time, in-office Executive Assistant to join his high-performing team in Redding, CA.

This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves details, and enjoys being the “right hand” to a busy executive.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage calendar, calls, emails, and priorities — protecting the executive’s time.
• Prepare and drive daily call lists, record notes, and ensure follow-ups.
• Track and manage key relationships (clients, referral partners, VIPs).
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
• Oversee appreciation touches (gifts, birthdays, anniversaries).
• Anticipate needs and stay three steps ahead.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar high-support role.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy.
• Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, CRM tools, project management systems.
• Strong character, confidentiality, and alignment with our values of integrity, service, and excellence.

Compensation & Growth:

• $50,000 – $85,000 per year, based on experience.
