We are expanding and seeking Independent Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our remote team. This is a sales‐driven, commission‐only, 1099 contractor role designed for individuals who want autonomy, unlimited earning potential, and a meaningful career helping families.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with warm leads generated through our proven lead system — no cold calling un‐interested prospects
- Contact prospective clients, identify their needs, and recommend suitable life and health insurance solutions
- Guide clients through the application process and maintain clear communication throughout
- Build long‐term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Conduct periodic client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify cross‐sell/upsell opportunities
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
- Commission‐only (no base salary)
- No caps, quotas, or territory restrictions
- Average commission per sale: ~$500
- Additional bonuses and incentives available
