WE need a POST CLOSING SPECIALIST who knows ARIVE and or Encompass and TRID guidelines and is READY to work Immediately! TRAIN for a week in our beautiful office in COSTA MESA right by John Wayne Airport, then Hybrid or remote if you are out of the area. Experience with major residential mortgage lenders is a must! One of the best ,well established Residential mortgage Banker/Brokers in Southern California needs this position Immediately to maintain quick purchase times and provide final documentation from our WIDE group of Correspondent partners. Our very experienced LO's and Support teams fund loans in a variety of states. If you have experience as a POST CLOSING specialist and can interface capably for PURCHASE and Refinance business, and you thrive in a casual, professional high energy environment, this might be a great long term position for you!! Earn $32/ to $34 per Hour or more! . WE would like to have this position "IN OFFICE" but will accept remote if you have the track record.. Must have knowledge of all types of residential mortgages and be able to handle the pace of TODAY's Purchase market. Many of our employees have been with us 10-15-20 years or more!!
