Job Summary
As part of the Customer Service team, the Sales Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for inbounds calls, completing application requests, compiling and uploading documents. Light housekeeping duties are included. The Sales Coordinator works in collaboration with the Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system
- Proficiency in navigating thru various software programs simultaneously
- Data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm; Rotation: Sat 9-6 Sun 11-3.
