Role Description
Mortgage Land Capital is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Closer to join our team in Brea, CA. This is a full-time, on-site position that will be working closely with the current internal staff.
Job Duties
- Prepare and deliver complete and accurate closing documents meeting all applicable compliance
- Check all executed loan documents for correctness and accuracy ensuring all conditions are met
- Coordinating with escrow/title that the loan is ready to fund
- Calculating funding figures and request wire from warehouses
Experience
- 2 years in a mortgage related field.
Salary Range
- $60,000 to $65,000 Incentive
