Position Overview
Mortgage Express is currently seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Mortgage Telemarketers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance based earnings. Team members will work directly with prospective clients, generating interest in mortgage products and transferring qualified opportunities to licensed Loan Officers.
This position offers paid training, full support from management, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective mortgage clients using company provided leads
- Engage homeowners in conversation regarding mortgage goals and financial objectives
- Identify interested and qualified borrowers for transfer to licensed Loan Officers
- Maintain accurate notes and client information within company systems
- Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines while maintaining a natural and professional conversation style
- Meet daily and monthly transfer goals in a results driven environment
- Collaborate with management and sales teams to improve performance and lead quality
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Self motivated and goal oriented mindset
- Sales, customer service, call center, or telemarketing experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in-office in a fast-paced team environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $14/hour base pay
- $5 per qualified transfer
- $50 per funded closing
