We are looking to add a service-focused professional to our team as a Scheduling Support Specialist. This is a support role within our Scheduling Department, assisting with daily operational tasks to help ensure closings run smoothly, accurately, and in line with our commitment to exceptional service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls timely and professionally.
- Respond to messages and emails, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
- Request documents from clients and vendors to ensure timely completion of the order.
- Assist Vendors in completing the Identity Verification process.
- Review and process Identity Verification reports.
- Review closing packages for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Review completed orders to confirm all requirements are fulfilled and properly documented prior to closing and invoicing.
- Identify discrepancies or missing items and assist the team with resolution.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in the title insurance or mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable serving as a first point of contact.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- A proactive team player that takes ownership and supports others when challenges arise.
- Comfortable moving between varied tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Notary commission or knowledge of notary laws are a plus.
