Construction Coordinator I and II - Power Delivery

SUMMARY

Mortensonis currently seeking aConstruction Coordinatorin our Power Delivery group with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment,remainingflexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient witha high levelof professionalism and confidentiality.

This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.

Travel: 100% travel required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, work production plans for easy retrieval and documenting

• Process invoices and billing under the supervision of project manager and/or project accountant

• Train in new project admins/clerks

• Perform basic field quality and safety inspections

• Maintain supporting documentation (field books, daily reports, safety logs, blueprints and estimates)

• Arrange trucking, order fulfillment, and equipment delivery

• Promote Mortenson's safety culture

• Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• ORa Non-scientific or math skills-related college degree (e.g., fine arts, philosophy, business)

• ORa 2-year degree in construction

• Construction experience preferred

• Strong Microsoft Office and internet skills

• Ability to learn andutilizedifferent typesof computer software used in Construction Management to support any aspect of a construction project

• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally

• Ability to effectively handle detailed information and meet deadlines

• Ability to multitask

• Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback

• Ability to travel up to 100%

Construction Coordinator I

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (see above)

• The base pay range for this role is $27.55 - $37.21/HR

Construction Coordinator II

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: previousexperience as a ConstructionCoordinator I

• The base pay range for this role is $30.77 - $41.54/HR

(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
