Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic Server to join our hospitality team. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences by managing guest tables, taking accurate orders, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting guests warmly and present menus.
- Detail daily specials and answer ingredient questions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Enter orders into the POS system promptly.
- Deliver dishes and refills to tables efficiently.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Clear tables and reset dining spaces quickly.
- Process payments and handle cash securely.
- Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant serving experience.
- Valid Washington State Food Worker Card
- Valid Washington MAST Permit
- Position requires applicants to be 21 or older due to Washington alcohol service regulations.
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
