What are the responsibilities and job description for the Driver- Pace Adult Day Care Center (West Palm Beach) position at MorseLife Health Systems?
SUMMARY
Responsible for safely transporting Residents to/from appointments.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Reviews daily schedule for accuracy and completeness.
- Assists with boarding and disembarking of residents.
- Maintains vehicle logs.
- Ensures gas supply.
- Notifies Maintenance of any needs for service.
- Understands and complies with all procedures and regulations as related to Fire Safety, OSHA and Disaster programs.
- Adheres to proper safety procedures while operating facility vehicles.
- Communicates in an effective and courteous manner with all residents, facility personnel and visitors.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) also required.
- Previous experience Transporting groups of passengers.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Must have an active Driver’s license, CDL Preferred
- CPR Certification
- First Aide Certification
