Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to identify insurance needs and promote relevant policies
- Conduct thorough analysis of client information to recommend appropriate property and casualty insurance solutions that meet their unique requirements
- Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and ensuring accurate documentation of all transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the claims process
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through targeted campaigns
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to review coverage needs periodically and suggest adjustments as their circumstances evolve
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, demonstrating strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with insurance sales processes, including policy analysis, benefits administration, and claims procedures
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong analysis skills for evaluating client information and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly
