Duties:
- Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Oversee the scheduling and assignment of work orders to ensure timely completion
- Monitor progress and quality of work performed by technicians
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as necessary
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with OSHA regulations
-Other duties as requested by Management.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
