Administrative Assistant/Safety Administrator
Morrow-Meadows Corporation is seeking a full time Packaging Specialist to work with our team in Walnut, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Strong communication skills and dealing with multiple dispatch related questions daily
- Good customer service skills and problem solver when rapid changes arrive and changes are made in daily routine
- Willing to work within a team environment to tackle challenges together
- Must be able to use Microsoft office suite , word, xcel, and capable of editing PDF’s
- Able to dispatch and coordinate 5-8 delivery vehicles and drivers daily
- Update daily and weekly delivery schedules and coordinate with packaging prefab teams to have product staged
- Be available for full time work between the hours of 5:00 am and 2:30pm Monday through Friday
- Open to training on different programs such as payroll and inventory tracking software
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with others in a team environment while still being dependable and self-motivated

The compensation range for this position is: $25.00-$30.00/hour. Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors.
