FULL TIME CLINIC MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Morrow County Health District has an opening for a Full-time Medical Assistant at Irrigon Medical Clinic in Irrigon, Oregon.
Pay range: $21.70-$28.60/hr DOE, day shift. Standard four-month probationary period.
Job Duties:
- Provide patient care and perform a variety of procedures and assessment duties including vital signs, EKG, Oximetry testing.
- Performs phlebotomy and administers injections.
- Records and updates information in patient's electronic medical record.
- Ensures supplies are adequately stocked and outdates are pulled from supply areas.
- Assists provider as necessary and completes authorizations/referrals as requested.
Job Details:
- Highschool graduate or equivalent required.
- Must be able to obtain a BLS certification.
- Bilingual preferred.
- MA Certification Required.
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
