What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Morrow County Board of DD?
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Service and Support Administration, will: develop Individual Service Plans (ISP); place contracts for services and train providers in ISP implementation; monitor services to recipients; provide service coordination to Morrow County Board of Developmental Disabilities service recipients; and complete administrative/clerical responsibilities as necessary. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
