As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, educating customers on products, and ensuring compliance with all company and age-verification policies.

We are looking for team members who are professional, reliable, energetic, and enjoy interacting with customers.

• Greet every customer with a positive and professional attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Educate customers on cigars, Botanical products, accessories, vaporizers, and related merchandise
• Follow strict age verification (21 ) and ID compliance policies
• Operate POS system and process transactions accurately
• Promote loyalty/rewards program and current promotions
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and premium store appearance
• Restock inventory and merchandise shelves
• Help maintain walk-in humidor and product displays
• Follow opening/closing procedures and daily checklists
• Work as part of a team to meet store goals and maintain company standards

• Retail, sales, customer service, vape, tobacco, smoke shop, convenience store, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable learning about products and educating customers
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must be at least 21 years old
