If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and are committed to making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.Responsibilities:• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in a dignified and respectful manner• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in conversation and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being• Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff as needed• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and servicesRequirements:• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a post-acute care setting preferred• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a focus on patient-centered care and customer service• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents, families, and coworkers
