What You'll Do

As an Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our customers' vehicles safe and reliable while continuing to develop your technical skills.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform oil and filter changes and routine maintenance services
• Complete vehicle safety and multi-point inspections
• Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
• Inspect and replenish vehicle fluids
• Check tire condition and adjust tire pressure as needed
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately
• Follow Chevrolet and dealership repair and quality standards
• Communicate with the Parts Department when parts are needed
• Accurately document completed work on repair orders
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and development programs
• Protect customer vehicles while performing services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow dealership and applicable workplace safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Preferred

• Previous Express, Lube, or Maintenance Technician experience
• Automotive Technology education or technical training
• Previous dealership experience

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Basic automotive maintenance knowledge
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to learn and advance into higher-level technician roles
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
