- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a timely and professional manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages according to standards and established service sequence.
- Respond to guest questions and provide suggestions regarding food and beverages with an aggressive approach to up selling.
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience to respond to additional needs or requests
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years related experience in a high-volume, high energy, food and beverage environment.
- Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Alcohol Service certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
