Fundamental Responsibilities
- Vacuuming of all carpets and floors.
- Detailed cleaning of bathrooms
- Dusting all areas, including; plants, pictures, furniture, ornaments, lamps etc.
- Spot washing walls of fingerprints and smudge marks.
- Cleaning of all light fixtures
- Collecting of all garbage and removing to specified location
- Detailed cleaning of oven, fridge, stove top and hood, dishwasher, microwave, toasters, coffee maker etc.
- Washing of all soiled dishes, cookware, and cutlery.
- Cleaning and disinfecting of waste containers (inside and out)
- Sweeping and washing of outside deck floor surface
- Cleaning of deck railings
- Cleaning of deck furniture
- Make sure all beds have fresh linens
- Replenish toilet tissue
- Turn mattresses as required.
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
- All responsibilities are not limited to those listed above
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
