A Day in the Life of an Associate AttorneyAs a Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney in our Providence office, your day begins with reviewing your calendar and preparing for scheduled hearings or depositions. Whether you're appearing before the Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Court or strategizing for an upcoming mediation, you're always balancing legal precision with client advocacy.You'll spend part of your day drafting motions, reviewing medical records, and analyzing employment documentation to build a sound case strategy. Communication is key - you'll regularly update clients on case developments, offer strategic advice, and ensure they remain informed and confident in your representation.Collaboration is encouraged, whether you're consulting with colleagues on a complex claim or discussing legal updates and procedural best practices.
