What You’ll Do:
- Lead all kitchen and culinary operations for the account
- Create and execute high-quality menus and dining experiences
- Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and budgeting
- Develop, train, and inspire culinary team members
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence
- Drive innovation and elevate the overall dining program
What We’re Looking For:
- Executive Chef or strong Sous Chef leadership experience
- High-volume foodservice or healthcare dining experience preferred
- Passion for food quality, presentation, and team development
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- ServSafe certification preferred
