Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Process cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document communications and generate reports.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Uphold professional phone etiquette while interacting with clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or client services roles; call center experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to upsell products when appropriate.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
