RN/LPN Nursing Supervisor

Job Summary:

Morris View Healthcare Center, Revolutionizing Care Delivery™, is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN/LPN Nursing Supervisor to join our team! As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and address work-related issues
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement care plans and services
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families to ensure excellent customer service
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
