Responsibilities
- Safely operate non-emergency transportation vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing courteous customer service and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are me
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, passengers, and healthcare providers to coordinate pickups, drop-offs, and any special requirements
- Assist passengers with mobility devices or luggage in compliance with safety guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or as a limousine is highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong driving skills with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members
- Ability to perform light maintenance tasks and identify vehicle issues promptly
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects safely and assist passengers with mobility challenges
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and route planning techniques
- Prior experience in customer service roles that require patience and empathy
