Role Description
Morris-Shea Bridge Co., Inc. is seeking dedicated professionals to fill the roles of Drilling Superintendent, Foremen, and Drill Rig Operators. These full-time, on-site positions are based on project sites located nationwide, but mostly in the Southeast and East Coast. Responsibilities include safely and efficiently supervising daily drilling operations, overseeing crew activities, managing equipment and materials, and maintaining an industry leading, premier safety culture and quality control standards. The role demands close coordination with operations managers and project managers to deliver successful foundation projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Drilled Displacement Piles, CFA Piles or Augercast Piles is required
- Hands-on experience in processes with strong safety protocols related to drilling operations
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Ability to prioritize safety protocols and proper care of equipment
- Experience in foundation construction is a required
- Willing to travel full time
