· Verify Gage Master and Operation

· Master/Boundary Checklist

· Helps ensure loss of items

· Check Part Tolerance Verification Hourly off the line

· Visuals

· All Control Charts must be done hourly

· Autogauge books-twice a shift and sign that they are completed

· Verify Operators are Performing Proper Inspections (Operational Inspection Plan, OIP)

· Visual checks on parts

· Make sure all red scrap boxes are where they belong and are locked.

· Check on the new people hourly

· Verify parts are packed properly

· Verify travel tickets are filled out properly. Ensure the heat lot matches what they are running.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods in a factory environment and possess no restrictions with ergonomics.
