Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, bilingual (Spanish/English) Laundromat Attendant to help operate and maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment.
This role is critical for communicating with a wide range of customers and ensuring everyone receives clear assistance when using the store. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, staying productive, and keeping the store in top condition at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (Bilingual Required)
- Assist customers in both Spanish and English with machine use, payments, and general questions
- Provide clear instructions and resolve basic issues calmly and professionally
- Create a welcoming environment for all customers
Store Cleanliness & Upkeep
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the shift
- Wipe down washers, dryers, folding tables, and seating areas
- Clean dryer lint traps regularly to maintain safe operation
- Keep restrooms clean and stocked
Laundry Services
- Receive, process, and organize drop-off laundry orders
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry to company standards
- Ensure orders are properly labeled and ready for pickup
Store Monitoring
- Observe machines for issues and report problems
- Keep the store organized, safe, and running smoothly
- Restock vending items and supplies as needed
What We Expect
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal communication required)
- Reliable and punctual — this role depends on consistent attendance

Physical Requirements
