Job Summary
Morris Laundry is looking for an Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple laundromat locations throughout Southeast Texas. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing people, and improving operations.
You won't be sitting behind a desk. Every day you'll travel between locations making sure each store is clean, fully staffed, operating efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
As our company grows, you'll play a key role in helping build the systems and team that support our expansion.
What You'll Do
- Visit multiple laundromat locations each day.
- Ensure every store meets Morris Laundry standards.
- Coach, train, and develop attendants.
- Hold employees accountable for performance and attendance.
- Cover shifts when necessary.
- Conduct daily and weekly store inspections.
- Ensure stores remain clean, organized, and customer-ready.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.
- Build employee schedules and coordinate shift coverage.
- Monitor payroll and labor efficiency.
- Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Work with vendors and service providers.
- Track store performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement new operating procedures.
- Help open new laundromat locations as the company expands.
- Report directly to the owner.

Compensation
- Salary starting around $800 per week (based on experience).

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
