Civil Engineering EIT

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineering EIT with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects in land development, site design, and infrastructure improvements while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of licensed professional engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and preparation of civil engineering plans and reports
• Perform site grading, stormwater management, and utility layout design
• Conduct calculations for drainage, erosion control, and roadway design
• Prepare permit applications and coordinate with regulatory agencies
• Support project managers with drafting, cost estimates, and project documentation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• EIT certification required
• 1-2 years of relevant civil engineering experience (internship experience considered)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCad and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• An understanding of Pennsylvania PaDEP and PennDOT permitting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
