Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text or any other method of communication.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
- Collect payments and distribute receipts. Payments may be collected on the phone as well as in-person
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Answer the phone and transfer calls to the appropriate team member.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting tasks.
- Maintain a professional appearance
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Competence in cash handling procedures, including counting money and making correct change.
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and Google Docs
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
