CONVENIENT CARE MEDICAL ASSISTNT

• DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
  • The Clinic Medical Assistant is responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients under the direction of the physician and/or licensed nurse. They must be able to handle emergency situations and to provide optimal service to the patient, physicians, and the clinic sites. They are responsible to perform a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services for patients, as directed by the physician and according to established procedures.
• QUALIFICATIONS

  •  

    Professional/Educational
    • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant required.
    • Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
    • Graduate of an accredited school.
    • Experience in Ambulatory Clinics preferred.
    • DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required.
