The ideal candidate will help manage departmental priorities, coordinate strategic initiatives, prepare performance reports, and support project execution in alignment with value-based care goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for VBC leadership.
- Prepare internal and external communications, memos, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of healthcare data to support quality improvement and performance tracking efforts.
- Support the maintenance and use of data analytics systems, dashboards, and reporting tools related to patient outcomes, cost savings, and care quality metrics.
- Coordinate department-wide meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to support value-based contracts and initiatives.
- Monitor key project timelines and deliverables; flag delays and recommend solutions.
- Track and organize sensitive documentation related to compliance, contracts, and performance metrics.
- Accompany the Director on occasional visits to client sites to support meetings, presentations, and relationship-building efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a healthcare, nonprofit, or data-driven environment.
- Experience working with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of value-based care models, quality improvement frameworks, or healthcare compliance is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
