560 - Physician Assistant

ProProvides comprehensive medical services for patients aged 18 and older, regardless of age or sex, Health care includes continuity of care for chronic conditions, episodic sick care, and preventive care. Care is provided under the direction and responsibility of assigned Physician.

Qualifications

Graduate from an approved Physician's Assistant Program

• Must have a valid New York State License -Must have Infection Control certification by a State approved facility -Must have current copy of DEA Certificate -Must have CPR/BLS certification
  
  

Two or more years of experience as a practitioner is preferred Experience with an EMR and it's implementation is preferred.
