A licensed practitioner, under the guidance of the Supervising Physician (if Advanced Practice Provider) or Medical Director of School Based Health, coordinates and implements the practice of the School Based Health program. Provides comprehensive healthcare and referral services to students and supports parents/guardians in caring for their children.

Graduate from an approved medical college Completed internship and residency training from an approved medical facilityPediatrics or Family Practice. Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics or Family Practice Graduate from an approved Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program Certified by the respective Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner commission. |

Certificates, Licenses, Registration |
-Must have a valid New York State Registration -Must have Infection Control certification by a State approved facility -Must have current copy of DEA Certificate -Must have CPR/BLS certification |

Experience |
Two or more years of experience as a practitioner is preferred Experience with an EMR and its implementation is preferred |
