Pay & Incentives

Starting NAR Wages: $20.63–$24.54/hour (based on experience)

Additional Pay: $1/hour while on TMA shift

Shift Differentials: $2/hour evenings | $3/hour overnights

100% Experience Credit for previous relevant work

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for certified applicants (paid over 1 year)
