Recruit, Hire and Manage Staff
Schedule projects and staffing
Develop QC/QA standards and implement training
Market the services
Help company advance into new areas of surveying business
Perform ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Residential Surveys, Topographical Surveys and Construction Staking
Proficiency with Robotic & GPS Equipment: Total Station, Precision Range Data Collector, Topcon GPS
Strong verbal communication and computer skills
Perform record searches online, at recorder’s office and through government entities
Prepare and review legal descriptions and boundary calculations
Sign and seal survey plans

Pay: $104,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
