The client intake coordinator position is crucial to the client experience with Morris & Dewett. We are currently seeking an experienced and personable intake professional. Our firm is growing fast, and the number of phone calls we receive from potential clients has exploded. Our Intake professional will assist in answer calls and applying case criteria then tracking leads from contact to closure. Also, they will perform general lead tracking and call back to new or potential clients. It is an exciting job for someone who is highly organized and who loves communicating with people.

- Detailed Organizer – Every contact must be questioned with finesse. All appropriate legal facts must be acquired, which may require continuous open and closed questions. All details must be recorded and documented for the supervising attorney.
- Empathic – Communication must occur, and facts must be found while maintaining the well-being of the caller, who may be under substantial stress and pressure.

Skill Proficiency

- Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Client Relationship Management Software (CRM): Lead docket is our primary lead tracking software. Prior experience is a plus but is not required. General familiarity with lead tracking and CRM tools is a plus
- Writing at a collegiate level of proficiency with the ability to write in clear, succinct English with proper grammar and usage
- Copy/Content writing experience is required for downtime and low-volume days
- Typing and 10 Key required
- The ability to work a phone (headset) and type/data entry simultaneously is required.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Taking lead intake phone calls
- Answering intake form submissions
- Following up with unanswered phone callbacks
- Contacting abandoned calls and call drops
- Writing up call summaries and sending them to the supervising attorney
- Following a lead script by case type to gain all necessary information
- Setting appointments for consultations
- Coordinating appointments and intake with Paralegals and Lawyers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Previous intake experience preferred
Salary Position
- Min/Mid/Max 40K | 47.5K | 55K
- Bonus Based on Company Performance
- Estimated Range, adjustable based on demonstrated skill, education, or experience.
Schedule: Sunday - Saturday coverage. Possible 8 or 10 hour shifts.
