What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinic LPN position at MORRIS COUNTY HOSPITAL?
The Clinic LPN would include assisting the provider in patient care, computer electronic medical record documentation, charting and ordering tests, prior authorizing referral appointments and/or medications, refilling medications, administering immunizations, assisting with procedures, communicating with patients, families, and the healthcare team about care plans and health status,.and any other duties necessary for the smooth and efficient functioning of the clinic.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or TRAINING:
- Must be a graduate of an approved LPN Program
- Must possess a current license to practice as an LPN in this state
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures
