HVAC Sales Manager

As our HVAC Sales Manager, you will help keep operations organized and running efficiently. You’ll help lead our team, handle scheduling and customer calls, order equipment and parts, and make decisions that keep both customers and employees happy.

What You’ll Do

• Run in-home sales leads for residential HVAC replacement.
• Lead and support our team of technicians, installers, and office staff.
• Keep the daily schedule organized so jobs run smoothly and efficiently.
• Answer phones, talk with customers, and help provide friendly, professional service.
• Order and track equipment and parts to make sure jobs are ready to go on time.
• Communicate clearly with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Step in to help solve problems, make decisions, and keep things moving forward.
• Motivate the team, promote accountability, and maintain a positive work environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
