RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with 50-60 assigned students to support their success
Coach students to retention
Provide individualized student outreach to students identified as at-
risk while connecting students to relevant campus resources
Offer ongoing academic coaching and support
Motivate and inspire students to reach out and accomplish goals
Monitor and track student progress
Maintain communication with faculty and staff to support students
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Minimum of two years’ experience in student recruitment
