- Level 3 Infield experience with installation, configuration and monitoring of small networks and firewalls
- MSP experience
- Server and Email migration experience
- Requires up to date knowledge of Network Infrastructure in multiple models and manufacturers
- Microsoft certifications including Azure/Entra AD, server build outs and Intune
- Server buildout experience both cloud and on prem with extension to hyper v solutions for larger VM environments
- SASE virtual Firewall solutions
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with active directory, VPN, and SQL servers is preferred
- IT related Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, or comparable experience
- FM Audit, Connectwise, or IT ticketing software experience is a plus
- AWS server environments with Google Workspace knowledge is a plus
- Certifications in cybersecurity to be able to add more products like CISO packaging is a plus
