- Financial Accounting and Reporting : Overseeing the institution's financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Budget Management : Developing and managing the institution's annual budget, working closely with various departments to align financial planning with the institution's goals.
- Internal Controls and Compliance : Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard the institution's assets and ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies.
- Audit Coordination : Coordinating internal and external audits, preparing audit reports, and implementing recommendations to improve financial practices.
- Policy Development : Formulating and enforcing financial policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the institution.
