Primary Responsibilities
Adjunct faculty must complete required instructional technology training and demonstrate proficiency in the Morris Brown College Learning Management System, Brightspace, prior to being assigned a teaching load. Faculty teaching online courses must maintain regular engagement with students within the LMS.
Compensation
Adjunct faculty compensation follows the Morris Brown College Adjunct Faculty Pay and Proration Schedule. Compensation is determined based on course load and instructional assignments.

- Maintain accurate course records including attendance, grades, and academic progress.
- Provide timely feedback on assignments and communicate regularly with students regarding performance.
