Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for infants.
- Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and aligned with developmental milestones.
- Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and sensory activities with compassion and professionalism.
- Observe and assess each child's progress, maintaining detailed records to inform individualized learning plans.
- Foster open communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's development, milestones, and any concerns.
- Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to ensure consistent quality of care and education.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that adheres to licensing regulations and best practices in childcare.
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
