Roles & Responsibilities:
• Reconcile warranty receivables
• Post credits
• Verify the criteria required by the manufacturer under their policies
• Follow up on outstanding claims and resubmit any claims that have been rejected in a timely manner
• Stay well informed on all of the manufacturer warranty policies and procedures and to be aware of all changes

What You Offer:
• CDK system experience is preferred
• At least 1 year in the Automotive Industry
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Detail Oriented
