What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Specialist position at Morpho Behavioral Services?
Responsibilities:
No previous ABA experience is required for this Entry Level position! We will provide the best hands-on ABA training and mentorship - Where you will actively learn shadowing with kids and trainers in the field.
What will you be doing? You will be working 1:1 with children with developmental delays and/or autism in their homes.
What you have:
- Minimum of 60 college credits completed
- Minimum six months of paid or unpaid experience working with children
- Bachelor’s degree and work experience serving people with developmental disabilities preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age to be in compliance with insurance eligibility guidelines
Schedule Requirements:
- Must be available Monday through Friday between 2:00pm - 7:00pm
- Required to attend one mandatory training session per month on a Saturday

Compensation: Up to $21 an hour dependent on education, credentialing and experience
- Part-Time (minimum 15 hours per week)
