You’ll lead and scale a 10 person commercial team into a 20 person organization, driving both B2C and B2B growth. This is a hands-on strategic role where you’ll architect systems, build structure, and shape a high-performance culture across multiple GTM motions.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have scaled multi-product, multi-motion sales orgs to 8-figure revenues.
- Are fluent in data-driven sales frameworks — CAC/LTV, velocity, and efficiency.
- Know the wealth management, or fintech landscape inside out.
- Are both a coach and a systems builder, driving results through structure.
Location: Midtown Manhattan, 5 days a week
