We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and support of advanced electronic and electro-mechanical products. This role is responsible for developing electrical architectures, circuit designs, and integrated hardware solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Design and develop analog and digital electronic systems, including schematic creation, analysis, simulation, and testing.
- Support hardware integration, PCB testing, troubleshooting, and system-level debugging.
- Collaborate with software and firmware engineers to validate system functionality and resolve technical issues.
- Create and execute verification and validation plans, documenting test results and performance data.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support project planning and execution.
- Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful product solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related discipline. Advanced education is a plus.
- Experience developing complex electrical and electronic systems in a regulated or high-reliability environment.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, PCB development, and hardware debugging.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, ARM-based microcontrollers, RTOS environments, and communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, and CAN.
- Experience with verification testing, design validation, and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills.
