Position Details
- Schedule:
- Mondays & Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Type: Contract position
- Pay: $13–14/hour to start
- Review: Performance review after a 3-month probationary period, with potential for increased hours and pay
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Office Support
- Perform general admin duties and manage emails
- Research products for staging and design projects
- Place orders for staging inventory and office supplies
- Create and manage marketing and social media content
- Communicate with clients and assist with follow-ups
- Develop email templates and documented processes to streamline tasks
Warehouse & Inventory
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
- Handle restocking, cleaning, and light repairs of staging items
- Pack and prep accessories for staging projects
- Return and store unused items properly
- Keep warehouse organized and efficient
Staging Support
- Assist in selecting staging furniture and accessories
- Pack, load, and deliver items for staging projects
- Occasionally assist with on-site styling, accessory placement, and bed-making
- Support last-minute delivery of forgotten items or staging adjustments
- Step in to support staging projects if lead assistants are unavailable
Marketing & Social Media
- Help manage and engage with social media platforms
- Create trend-aligned content and promotional visuals
- Assist with marketing materials when needed
Flexibility & Adaptability
- Adapt to schedule changes and shifting priorities
- Be willing to pitch in wherever help is needed
- Take initiative and anticipate team needs
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working in various conditions (e.g., heat, light rain)
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
QualificationsMust Have:
- A smartphone and tech-savviness
- Familiarity with social media and content creation
- A proactive mindset with a passion for staging and design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
Required:
- Fluent in English
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work extended hours when needed
- Reliable transportation and consistent work history
Job Type: Contract
